BUILT ON EXPERIENCE

An Honest Approach to Construction

The Morton & Wasmer construction family is a cohesive team working together toward common goals of timely project delivery and satisfied clients. Team members are encouraged and empowered to drive the success of each project.

Project Managers

Project Managers provide project specific administrative duties including: communications with design team and owner, subcontract negotiations, change orders, submittal reviews, scheduling updates, budget adherence, project oversight, preparing pay applications and regular reporting to the Project Team. Project Managers work closely with the Estimator at the beginning of the project and with the Superintendent during the project.

Our Estimators

Our Estimators are responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications to determine project scope, identifying which qualified subcontractors will be invited to bid on a project, bid analysis, generating schedules and budget preparations. All budgets and subcontractors included within the budget are carefully reviewed by John or Sean.

Superintendents

Superintendents are responsible for providing a safe work environment, scheduling, ensuring quality work by subcontractors in conformance with the project plans, specifications and communication with the Project Team.

The Administrative Team

The Administrative Staff behind Morton & Wasmer is an extremely important component of our team responsible for permit preparation/submittal, project drawing distribution to subcontractors for pricing, receipt and organization of subcontractor bids, subcontract drafts, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general administrative support of the company. The administrative staff is in constant communication with all members of the team, including John and Sean.
